A leading company in the Facilities Management sector is hiring a Multi Skilled Aircon / Electrical professional in Northamptonshire, where you will play a critical role in maintaining essential systems across various commercial sites. Location: Mobile - Covering Northamptonshire, Kettering, Corby, Lutterworth, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, Thrapston, Oundle, Daventry, Leicester, Loughborough, Derby, Nottingham, Grantham, Melton Mowbray Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum + call-out + overtime (where available) Hours: 41.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Role As the Multi Skilled Aircon / Electrical, you’ll: Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on HVAC and electrical systems. Diagnose faults and ensure systems operate efficiently and safely. Respond to emergency call-outs and breakdowns while on standby. Maintain accurate operational records using a company-issued tablet. Work in compliance with health and safety regulations while liaising with clients. You To be successful in the role of Multi Skilled Aircon / Electrical, you’ll bring: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent. Experience with VRV/VRF systems and electrical maintenance. Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Good communication and organisational skills. A valid UK driving licence is essential.
