Chartered Building Surveyor We're currently on the lookout for a Chartered Building Surveyor with a passion for innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy in London. As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you'll be tasked with delivering exceptional services across a variety of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, and public sector projects. Your duties will include but not limuted to Leading your own projects and collaborating with the team on building surveys, dilapidations, PPMs, condition surveys, and defect analysis reports. Preparing specifications and tender documents. Preparing notices, negotiating terms, and taking schedules of condition. Offering expert advice to clients, keeping them updated on progress working collaboratively with a highly experienced team.Naturally a role of this stature requires a solid academic and commercial background. Applicants should posess A degree in Building Surveying. MRICS Chartered status or a strong commitment to achieving it. Proven project management experience in surveys, dilapidations, and repairs/maintenance. Proficiency in AutoCAD A full driving license. The successful applicant should anticipate a varied workload from pre-acquisition building surveys for a commercial clients to tender document preparation for public sector project.
