Networker – Design & Build £75K–£90K basic + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance Thames Valley / Hybrid / Field-Based We’re working with a well-established Design & Build agency that’s growing fast and looking to bring in a Networker with a strong network in the design & build space. This isn’t a cold-calling role — they want a genuine networker. Someone who knows the D&B world, understands how to qualify opportunities, and can bring quality project intel to the table. The Role: Hybrid model: 1–2 days in office (Thames Valley), rest field-based Report directly to the Director Sell to QSs, Project Managers, Asset Managers, Landlords Cover Thames Valley as a priority, with some London exposure What You’ll Be Doing: Building and leveraging relationships to generate new project opportunities Working closely with internal teams to shape and win tenders Contributing to strategic growth and pipeline development Adding value with market intelligence and insights What They’re Looking For: Proven network in commercial fit-out or D&B Experience in project-based sales (ideally mid-size to large projects) Commercially sharp — knows how to qualify a lead and read the room No fluff — honest, reliable, and focused on delivering real results Ambitious, career-focused, and aligned with a collaborative culture Why Join?
