Experienced Behaviour Support Assistant Location: Darwen, Lancashire Contract: Fixed-term (September – December 2025) Hours: Full-time, Term Time Only Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Are you passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in the Darwen area from September to December 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a committed team focused on student well-being, engagement, and success. About the Role: You will work closely with teaching and pastoral teams to provide targeted support for students who experience difficulties in managing their behaviour. Your role will involve building positive relationships, supporting classroom routines, and implementing behaviour strategies that promote learning and personal growth.
