Locum Practice nurse - Wandsworth area

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Practice Nurse to support one of our GP surgery that we work with. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong experience in delivering high-quality patient care and a desire to make a real impact in the community. What We’re Looking For: * Proficiency in all core Practice Nurse services, including health checks, cervical screening (smears), dressings, wound management, immunisations, and travel vaccinations. * A strong track record in achieving high QOF standards, with familiarity using the Ardens Template preferred. * Bonus if you can manage Long-Term Conditions such as Asthma/ COPD/ Diabetes, OR Hypertension. Rates can be flexible depending on experience Role Details: * Mixture schedule - Morning or Afternoon shift * Start time - 08:30 (Morning shift) OR 13:00 (Afternoon shift) * Finish time - 12:30 (Afternoon shift) OR 16:30 (Afternoon shift) * Start date: ASAP (earlier start may be possible). * This is an locum Oppertunity * System used is Emis * Parking availabile * payrate - £30 P/H Limited company Bonus Requirements: * Mangeing Asthma/ COPD/ Hypertension, OR Diabetes If you are passionate about patient care, committed to excellence, and looking for a flexible, fulfilling role, we’d love to hear from you
