Executive Assistant to the Registrar, Deputy Registrar & Executive Director Location: Central London or Liverpool Salary: £35,000 per annum Contract: Maternity Cover (Until July 2026) Hours: 35 hours per week (Minimum 2 days in office, flexible working hours) About Our Client Our client is a well-established, not-for-profit organisation based in Central London. The Role We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide maternity cover support to the Registrar, Deputy Registrar, and Executive Director. This fast-paced role involves managing a variety of tasks and priorities, while liaising with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive EA support, including managing diaries, arranging travel, and preparing materials for meetings. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications with the Registrar, Deputy Registrar, and Executive Director. Coordinate and manage high-profile meetings, including committee management, drafting agendas, and taking minutes. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents for meetings. Support the department in managing sensitive issues such as member disciplinary matters and other administrative tasks. Manage multiple inboxes, prioritising and responding to queries as needed. Organise and coordinate departmental meetings, away days, and events. Maintain office supplies, assist with budget management, and process expense claims. What We’re Looking For: Essential: A-level standard education or equivalent. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Experience in providing high-level administrative and corporate support. Strong time management, task prioritisation, and organisational skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Proven ability to manage complex workloads and adapt to changing priorities. A proactive, flexible approach with strong attention to detail. Desirable: Educated to degree level. Experience in committee management and report writing. Previous experience working in a membership organisation, charity, or the NHS. Knowledge of corporate governance. Experience using CRM systems and managing budgets. Why Join Our Client?
