Electrical Engineer

Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Facilities Management Location: Blackfriars, London Salary: £48,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Engineer to join our Facilities Management team at a prestigious site in Blackfriars. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer looking to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment within a supportive and forward-thinking FM company. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems Diagnose and repair electrical faults across a range of building services Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities Support additional works and small projects as required Liaise with clients and other team members to ensure a high level of service deliveryRequirements: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) Proven experience in commercial FM or building services Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamBenefits: Competitive salary of £48,000 Monday to Friday schedule (no shifts or weekends) 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme Training and career development opportunities
