The Role – Account Manager As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, delivering excellent service, and ensuring that our IT solutions are aligned with each client’s strategic objectives. Key responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, building long-term client relationships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within current accounts and through referrals/networking. Consult with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored IT solutions. Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and strategic roadmaps to clients. Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to offer forward-thinking advice. This is a hybrid role based out of our Uxbridge HQ, and we are ideally looking for candidates who are located nearby or able to travel to the office regularly.Your Profile – Account Manager We're looking for a confident, commercially minded professional who is passionate about technology and understands the importance of building client trust. You will ideally have: 2+ years’ experience in IT account management, sales, or client services (B2B). A strong understanding of IT solutions including cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. Proven track record in hitting revenue targets and growing client accounts. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, consultative approach to problem-solving and client engagement. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving license (preferred).
