This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who has built their career within a practice environment, and is looking for a long-term, stable position with real client ownership and partner support. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and finalisation of statutory accounts for a variety of clients Completion and submission of self-assessment and corporation tax returns Strong working knowledge of Accounts and Tax principles Direct client liaison – including meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence Providing proactive support to the partner and assisting with client queries Handling a portfolio of clients independently with minimal supervision Reviewing junior staff work (if applicable) and assisting with their development Keeping up to date with accounting standards and compliance requirements What We're Looking For: Proven experience within an accountancy practice is essential ACA / ACCA qualified, part-qualified or QBE with strong technical knowledge Confident in managing a varied portfolio of clients Experience using accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, IRIS etc.) Strong understanding of personal and corporate tax Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Proactive, professional, and client-focused approach If you're an experienced practice accountant looking for your next opportunity in a down-to-earth, growth-focused firm – this could be the perfect.  #INDLM25
