We're looking for a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis chef who is a great communicator, enthusiastic, hard-working, a real team player, creative, has ambition to develop and used to fast paced service. We're extremely committed to staff development - we work with our team to help develop your skills and progress your career in the industry.
You will have experience of all sections in the kitchen and will have had experience helping develop new menus. The Bandstand has a very strong reputation serving a mix of contemporary Scottish fayre, pub favourites and seasonal specials. The sea-view restaurant has over 50 covers with an additional 40 in the bar and 40 in the beer garden.
During high season we regularly serve up over 200 covers per day. You'll receive a very competitive salary, a share of tips and meal discounts for you and your immediate family. We offer flexible seasonal hours and will try to accommodate individual commitments such as travel, child care etc.
