We’re looking for an experienced and organised Admin Manager to lead and support our administration and reception teams within our Dermatology Services. In this vital role, you’ll manage people, processes and priorities to ensure high-quality, smooth-running admin support for patients, clinicians, and the wider team. You’ll be responsible for supervising staff performance, managing HR processes, and ensuring high standards of data accuracy, system maintenance, and front-line administrative support. You’ll also be the on-site point of contact for all IT, clinic, and non-clinical queries — ensuring that our services operate efficiently and compassionately every day. 🔑 Key Responsibilities * Line manage a team of administrators and reception staff, overseeing performance, rotas, absence, and training * Provide hands-on administrative support including data entry, document processing, and managing clinic communications * Be the first point of contact for patient queries and complaints on-site * Ensure accuracy and efficiency of clinical systems and non-clinical SOPs * Support waiting list management, appointment coordination, and information governance requirements * Participate in service improvement projects and IT initiatives * Cover administrative duties where required to meet service demands ✅ What We’re Looking For * Experience in managing administrative teams, ideally in a healthcare or clinical setting * Strong leadership and people management skills, including HR process understanding * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities * Proficient in Microsoft Office, clinical systems, and data entry * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Discreet, diplomatic, and able to handle sensitive information * A valid UK driving licence and access to a car is essential Please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible if this role would be of interest to you
