Gardener & Hard Landscaper Start Date: ASAP Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Payrate: Dependent on experience Duration: Perm Role Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Gardeners and Hard Landscapers for a long-term opportunity based in Cinderford. This is a longterm position offering stability, a strong team environment, and room for growth. Gardener Responsibilities: * General garden maintenance including: * Spraying * Weeding * Mowing * Strimming * Planting Hard Landscaper Responsibilities: * General hard landscaping including: * Paving * Groundworks * Slabbing Candidate Requirements: * 2–5 years in landscaping or garden maintenance (essential) Qualifications: * NVQ Level 1 or above in Horticulture, Landscaping, or similar (preferred) Certifications (Preferred): * PA1/PA6 spraying licence * Driving licence required * Chainsaw certificate * Ride-on mower certification * PPE: Work boots preferred Other Details: * Weekend Work/Overtime: May be available
