Working Foreman (Groundworks)

William Pye Ltd are looking for a working foreman to deliver civils projects ranging in value from 10k- 500k.

We are seeking candidates with the following skills:

-Ability to read and interpret drawings

-Managing resources and working with others

-Wide range of skills in civils and willingness to expand knowledge

-Drainage , hard landscaping and bulk excavations

-Essential : CSCS/CPCS

-Preferable : SSSTS/SMSTS/First Aid/ Confined Spaces/ Streetworks

As a Working Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Reporting to the Site Manager, your core skills in management and supervising experience will be essential in leading a team of workers The organization expects you to maintain high standards of quality and productivity while fostering a collaborative work environment. Company benefits include van and pay to and from site. Time and a half on Saturday and double time on Sunday. Paid weekly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: GBP18.00-GBP21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 65 per week
