Senior Quantity Surveyor - South West
Looking for a role where you can take full ownership of projects from start to finish?
Join a growing contractor delivering residential, student accommodation and commercial fit-out schemes - including Cat A/B and cut & carve projects - and manage both internal and external packages on builds up to GBP10m.

If you've got the all-round experience to handle every stage of a project, this is your chance to lead from the front, with the opportunity to mentor and support junior team members as the business grows.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Taking commercial control of projects from inception to completion
  • Managing both internal and external packages
  • Leading procurement, cost planning and contract administration
  • Liaising with site teams, clients and subcontractors
  • Monitoring budgets, valuations and variations
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and sharing best practice
  • Visiting sites across the region (paid travel)

What We're Looking For

  • Main contractor or developer background
  • Proven experience managing projects start-to-finish
  • Knowledge of internal and external works
  • Ability to handle smaller, high-impact projects (up to GBP10m)
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
