Travel Required:
Up to 10% (day travel)
Salary & Benefits:
Up to GBP40K per year (depending on experience)
Overtime paid at time and one half over 45 hours per week

Your Role as a Workshop Fitter:
Perform maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments on volumetric mixers
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently to minimise downtime
Work on hydraulics, electrical systems, and welding as needed
Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate records of work performed
Occasionally visit customer sites for service and repairs (day travel only)
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised workspace
What You Need to Succeed:
Experience as a Fitter working with heavy equipment (CAT, JCB, John Deere, Komatsu, or similar)
Strong mechanical knowledge, including hydraulics, electrical fault-finding, and welding
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Willingness to work occasional out-of-hours shifts when required
