Contract: Permanent or Supply (Full-Time/Part-Time Options Available)
Salary: NJC Grade E Point 4 6, GBP24,404 GBP25,183 FTE (GBP20,332 GBP20,981 actual)

The Role:
Vision for Education is recruiting a dedicated Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across mainstream and specialist settings in Northamptonshire. You ll work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions, promote positive learning behaviours, and help pupils access the curriculum. This role is suited to candidates passionate about inclusive education looking for either long-term employment or flexible supply work.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Teaching Assistance or SEND support, or GCSE Grade C/4+ in English & Maths

• Proven experience working with children with SEND in UK schools

• Strong behaviour-management and communication skills

• Ability to support pupils in both academic and social/emotional learning

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
