The Roles Residential Support Worker * Provide structure, care and consistency to young people * Help children with routines, relationships and daily life * Support activities, personal development, and wellbeing * Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins Senior Support Worker * Lead shifts and support the wider team * Attend reviews and contribute to care planning * Oversee medication, safeguarding and household standards * Conduct staff supervisions and role model best practice What We’re Looking For RSW: ✔ Experience with children or transferable settings ✔ Willing to enrol on the Level 3 in Residential Childcare ✔ Reliable, resilient, and values-led Senior RSW: ✔ Must hold the Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) ✔ Comfortable leading shifts and mentoring others ✔ Confident with documentation, safeguarding, and routines A UK manual driving licence is preferred.
