Credit Control Administrator


PS Ltd are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Control Administrator to join our client in Newstead, NG15, to support theirfinance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s credit control processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Hours - Monday - Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm Friday - 8.30am - 3.30pm £12.22ph - £13.47ph depending on experience Responsibilities - * Customer account administration * Posting Bacs, Card & Chq cash receipts and allocation * Emailing invoices and statements to support the credit team * General admin tasks as required. * Chasing payments from up to 1,000 accounts each month by email/telephone * Managing pro-forma invoices * Liaising with the sales, customer service and invoicing teams regarding any queries * Full administrative duties using the company’s’ CRM, Sage, SagePay and other IT solutions Dealing with customers queries via email/telephone Experience * Experience within credit control, administration or customer focused roles is beneficial, however, no experience is necessary, we are looking for someone with the capabilities to learn! * The ability to successful manage your own time and be organised. * Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook. * Excel knowledge would be advantageous, however all can be taught! * Forward thinking and doesn't shy away from a challenge * Attention to detail, proactive approach to workload, ability to challenge and make decisions * Excellent communication and numeracy skills are essential * Able to work in a team and individually To apply for the Credit Control Admin role, please do so online and a member of the team will be in touch
