Job Type: Full Time – Permanent  Location: Swansea (Hybrid)  Area: West Wales  Sector: Education Recruitment  Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 (DOE)  Start Date: 1st September 2025  Advertiser: Hoop Recruitment    Recruitment Resourcer  Swansea / Hybrid  £24,000 – £26,000 (DOE)  Ready to elevate your career?  Working for a company that doesn’t share your values or nurture your development?  If this is you, keep reading…..    Are you naturally curious and a great communicator?  Do you thrive when building genuine relationships?  Are you proactive, ambitious, and looking for a role where your effort truly pays off?  Do you love the idea of making a difference in the education sector?  If so, we’d love to chat with you.  What will the successful Recruitment Resourcer be expected to deliver?  Speak with candidates to build your pipeline of talented education professionals  Communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions  Attend school and education provider visits to build meaningful partnerships  Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability  Create compelling job adverts to attract the right talent  Manage compliance including Right to Work checks and references  Use Boolean search, LinkedIn, and job boards to source great candidates  Maintain accurate data using our ATS (Vincere)   The more you put in, the more you get out – but at Hoop, we do things differently.  We don’t make calls to hit meaningless targets.
