Meeting Services Associate

CK Group are recruiting for a Meeting Services Associate to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.  Salary: From £13.85 per to £18.46 per hour dependent upon experience Please note, this role requires the candidate to speak both English and a Nordic Language fluently. Meeting Services Associate Be the point of contact for sales force meeting owners and managers in all Nordic countries Provide administrative support and oversight for all types of sales force meetings Monitor and share data on volumes and errors with Sales directors and managers Support simplification, automation and improvement projects. Be responsible for representing and delivering excellent customer experience.Your Background: Fluency in one or more Nordic languages as well as English Strong customer focus and the ability to develop professional relationships with all parties (internal and external) and at all levels Ability to work within a highly regulated environment Well organized, self-starter, able to prioritise own workload with minimal supervision.  Any experience in a pharmaceutical environment and with SalesForce would be an advantage  Company: Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
