Lead Software Developer 💻 Remote first | 🏢 One day a month in the office | 💰 £65,000 We're working with an established tech company looking for a Lead Software Developer to take ownership of a small engineering team and help drive quality across their product suite. You'll be hands-on in both code and leadership, setting the standard for best practice development and acting as the go-to technical expert when challenges arise.
