Are you a driven and ambitious Recruitment specialist or Business Development Executive looking for a new challenge? As a Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include: * Identifying and approaching new B2B clients to introduce the company’s recruitment services. * Actively generating new business through cold calling, outreach, networking and meetings * Making appointments with potential clients to introduce the business * Meeting and exceeding sales targets, on appointments made and new client acquisition. * Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. The ideal Business Development Executive will have: * Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in recruitment, advertising, media, or marketing. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * A target-driven mindset with a history of meeting and exceeding KPIs. * A resilient and resourceful nature with the ability to overcome objections * The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
