Salary: 25-28k starting, rising to 32,000 within two years

You'll be joining a dynamic, digitally forward-thinking organisation that's investing heavily in AI, machine learning, data visualisation and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem . This role will see you work across a range of impactful projects that blend traditional BI with emerging AI capabilities .

What you'll be doing:

• Developing data solutions using Power BI, SQL, and ETL techniques, and learn Power Apps and Co-Pilot
• Building data models and visualising insights for business stakeholders
• Supporting early-stage AI/ML initiatives , such as process automation and predictive analytics
• Working in an agile , cloud-first environment using the latest Microsoft tools
• Collaborating with a growing team of data engineers, BI developers and AI specialists

What we're looking for:

• Some experience in SQL (or strong Excel skills)
• Familiarity or enthusiasm for Power BI and data storytelling
• Curiosity about data science, machine learning or AI tools and techniques
• A genuine passion for using data to drive decisions and change
