Experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor Location: Reading Area (Hybrid) 3 days in office. Salary: GBP30,000-GBP35,000 basic (DOE) + Uncapped Commission OTE: GBP70,000+ realistic earnings Type: Full-Time, Employed

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a dynamic and growing brokerage, working in partnership with a leading estate agency brand in the Reading area.

This role is ideal for an advisor with at least 2 years of experience , a strong sales track record, and a hunger to succeed in a high-lead, high-earning environment.

• Basic salary: Upto GBP35,000 depending on experience

• Uncapped commission - realistic OTE of GBP70,000+

• Hybrid working model with flexibility around client needs

  • Orphan client bank

  • Rate renewal and re-mortgage opportunities

  • Web-generated leads

  • Estate agency overflow enquiries

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients

• Manage a high volume of lead types confidently and efficiently

• Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to generate referrals

• Ensure compliance standards are consistently met

• Availability to work 1 Saturday in 4 and 2 evenings per week to accommodate client needs

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)

• Confident communicator with strong client-facing and telephony skills

• Target-driven, motivated, and adaptable

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
