Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister

Due to business growth our client are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister to join their highly reputable independent Estate Agency in Brentwood, Essex.

The ideal candidate will stand out from the competition and will be a key player in the company's continued growth within the local area.

They are looking for a smart and confident individual who is currently working in Estate Agency and who has experience as a Valuer/Lister. You will need to be proactive and self-motived to generate new business, be client focussed to deliver exceptional customer service.

Duties to include, but not limited:

Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market
Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face ensuring clients receive the best customer service
Qualifying potential buyers
Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
Negotiate offers and agree sales
Create and design property marketing details
Maintain all records to a high standard and in line with all necessary legislation

Skills and qualities of a suitable candidate:

Valuation/Listing experience in estate agency
Hard working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals
Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
Polite and well spoken
Have truly exceptional customer service skills
Strong communication skills both verbally and written
Full driving licence and own car

Salary: 25/30k depending on experience and offering an OTE 55,000
