We're looking for a natural people person - someone who can bring the best out of others, keep a team focused, and offer the right level of support to help them succeed.
This isn't your typical boiler room sales environment. Instead, you'll be leading a friendly and motivated team of four Course Advisors who respond to inbound enquiries - supporting businesses to book the right training for their teams. It's a role focused on relationships and results, not hard sales.
What You'll Be Doing
As Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the sales function - leading a small, friendly team and driving performance through support, structure, and strong customer relationships.

Lead, coach and develop a growing team of Course Advisors, helping them hit targets and deliver excellent service

Shape and manage the full sales process - from inbound enquiries to retention and account growth

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales leadership role - you know how to inspire and motivate people without micromanaging

A relationship-first approach to sales - you believe success comes from trust and support, not pressure tactics

Comfortable using CRM systems and able to spot ways to improve the sales process

Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 + Monthly Bonus
