Senior Building Surveyor - MRICS

With a strong pipeline of commercial, retail, and mixed-use instructions, this firm is now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join its London-based team. This is a high-impact role offering real autonomy, career progression, and the chance to work across both professional and project-based surveying services. The Role: * Deliver a full range of building surveying services, including dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration, and technical due diligence. * Lead and manage multiple client relationships across a variety of sectors including commercial, retail, and industrial. * Support junior surveyors and contribute to the continued growth of the team. * Play a key part in the delivery of high-profile instructions and ongoing frameworks. * Operate in a hybrid environment with flexibility and autonomy. What You’ll Need: * MRICS qualified (ideally 3+ years post-qualification experience). * Strong experience across both professional and project work. * A commercial mindset with excellent client-facing skills. * Capable of managing multiple instructions and supporting junior staff. * Experience in a consultancy or client-side environment preferred.
