Are you a solution-focused property professional with a strong background in building diagnostics and leading surveyor teams? Do you want to balance your technical expertise with mentoring and leadership? Join us as a Senior Property Surveyor and take on a pivotal role supporting a small team while overseeing a manageable patch of approx. 500 properties in the Wembley area.

• Lead and support a small team of surveyors in diagnosing and resolving complex property issues

• Act as a senior technical advisor on damp and mould , structural faults , and major repairs

• Take ownership of complex cases, including non-routine repairs , insurance works , and specialist repairs

• Ensure all team activities comply with health and safety , data accuracy, and training requirements

• Apply your expertise in building pathology , HHSRS , and the NHF Schedule of Rates

• Carry out post-inspections, assess quality of work, and provide coaching to your team

• Drive continual improvement by contributing to planned work delivery and service innovation

• Participate in cross-department initiatives that improve resident outcomes and protect housing stock

• Proven track record in managing surveyor teams and delivering high-quality property maintenance services

• Deep understanding of housing construction, maintenance diagnostics, and damp and mould management

• Strong technical knowledge of Category 1 & 2 hazards , structural defects, and disrepair

• Clear and confident communicator with the ability to explain complex issues in resident-friendly terms

• Collaborative approach and a genuine passion for getting things right the first time

• Experience working across technical and non-technical teams to deliver consistent service
