As a Print Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving account growth, increasing revenue, and delivering outstanding customer interactions. A bit about the Print Account Manager position:

• Quoting and processing customer orders from your allocated accounts
• Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email
• Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
• Grow relationships with existing clients
• Carrying out artwork checks and ensuring smooth production
• Monitoring orders through to successful delivery
• Driving revenue growth and ensuring client retention

About the successful Print Account Manager:

• 3+ years of print Client Services / Sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organised mindset
• Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
• Knowledge and understanding of various print technologies (Digital, Litho, Large Format) etc.)
• Collaborative team player
