1:1 Learning Support Assistant 📍 Location: Northampton, NN2 📅 Start Date: September 2025 🕗 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM 📚 Term Time Only We are looking for a compassionate and experienced 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in Northampton (NN2) starting in September 2025. Key Responsibilities: Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student with additional learning needs. Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO. Foster a safe, nurturing environment that supports the student's academic, social, and emotional development. Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents/carers. Requirements: ✅ Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or LSA, ideally in a 1:1 capacity. ✅ Must have the right to work in the UK. ✅ Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply and pay for one. ✅ Strong understanding of how to support children with additional needs. ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
