About the Role: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will: • Support the Class Teacher and Nursery Nurse in delivering engaging lessons. • Assist with targeted interventions for early development. • Help manage the classroom, promoting positive behaviour and learning through play. • Build strong relationships with children and parents. About the School: This inclusive primary school encourages children to be lifelong learners. The EYFS team consists of a Class Teacher, Nursery Nurse, and Teaching Assistant, providing a collaborative and nurturing environment for 45 early years children. RequirementsRequirements: • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Essential). • Previous experience working in an EYFS setting (Ideally in a school or nursery). • A passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum. • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners. • A proactive, energetic, and compassionate approach to working with children.
