General Foreman

Job Title: General Foreman – Internals (New Build Commercial Project) Location: Aberdeen Contract Length: 5 Months (Start ASAP) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm Rates: Negotiable We are currently looking for an experienced General Foreman to join our team on a fast-paced, new build commercial construction project in Aberdeen. This is a 5-month contract position focusing on the internal fit-out stages, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and coordinate internal works and subcontractors on site * Ensure quality and programme targets are met * Monitor health and safety compliance, site cleanliness, and organisation * Communicate effectively with the Site Manager and wider project team * Support the smooth running of day-to-day operations across the internal packages Requirements: * Proven experience in a General Foreman role on commercial construction projects * Strong knowledge of internal construction works and fit-out sequencing * SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification – required * First Aid at Work – highly desirable * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Additional Details: * Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm * Immediate start available * Negotiable rates, depending on experience and qualifications
