Head of Implementation

Client Details My client is an innovative software development business who are searching for a Head of Implementation to join their leadership team. As Head of Implementation, you will take full ownership of the implementation function, leading and mentoring a team of three consultants to ensure seamless, successful implementation for our clients. This is a permanent role, with hybrid working based out of Birmingham. Description Own the full implementation lifecycle, from kick-off through go-live and early adoption. Lead, coach, and scale a team of Implementation Consultants. Develop and continuously improve implementation processes, tools, and playbooks to drive efficiency and consistency. Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey. Act as the senior escalation point for complex implementations or issues. Analyse data and feedback to optimise time-to-value and customer outcomes. Help define and track KPIs around implementation success, team utilisation, and client satisfaction.Profile Proven experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services-ideally in a SaaS environment. Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Experience implementing software for clients at a SaaS or software development company. Excellent project management and communication skills. Passion for process improvement and scalable delivery models. Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business where priorities evolve and initiative is key.Job Offer Salary of up to £70,000 DOE Hybrid working Plus many more excellent benefits
