The Company:

Our client is a busy, ambitious and fast growingmain contractor with an established reputation withinthe greater Bristol area. Typical projects are GBP100k - GBP400k fitout and refurbishment projects across commercial sectors on a range of project sectors.

Working Foreman/Site Manager - The Role:

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced trade professional (could be carpentry but also general builder/open to background) with a valid SMSTS/SSTS to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be working on varied jobs on commercial projects typically around the GBP100k - GBP1m mark project cost.

You willl be leasding the site but will need to be hands on especially during busy periods or to lead by example. There will also be supervisory and managerial responsability. Projects could be anything from fitting out kitchen areas or comercial property to refurbishment jobs.

Working Foreman/Site Manager - The Person:

• You will have a valid SSTS or ideally SMSTS certificate
• First Aid Qualified ideally but the company can put you through this
• Demonstrable experience of working on construction projects
• Trade qualified ideally as Carpenter
• Experience on jobs up to GBP200k
• Experience in managing sub-contractors and direct workforce
• High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme
• A good team player, someone who wants to be part of a growing business to achieve common goals.
