Powder Coater

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Powder Coater to join our clients production team on the permanent 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday shift.

This role involves working in a busy manufacturing environment, applying powder coating to mild steel components. While previous experience is beneficial, it is not essential . We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply powder coating to mild steel products according to production specifications

• Prepare parts for coating by cleaning and setting up appropriately

• Use hand and power tools as required for the coating process

• Manually lift and handle products safely throughout the workday

• Inspect finished items to ensure coatings meet quality standards

• Follow all health and safety regulations within the workplace

• Maintain a clean and organised workstation

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary as full training will be provided

• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

• Ability to carry out manual handling and physical work

• Attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality finishes

• Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
