Are you an experienced Civil Design Engineer looking for your next challenge in a forward-thinking, collaborative environment?
We're working with a well-established Civil & Transport Design Consultancy with multiple offices across the UK. They are currently seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to join their growing team in Basingstoke .

As a Senior Engineer, you'll take a leading role in delivering infrastructure designs for residential and commercial development projects . You'll be responsible for managing projects, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting graduates as they develop their design software skills.

• Proven experience in drainage and estate roads/highways design
• Proficiency in MicroDrainage and/or Civil 3D
• Strong leadership and project management abilities
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior staff

• Flexible hybrid working (home/office split)
