About the Role:
As the Enquiry & Audit Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in preparing for external audits and creating detailed quotations as part of our enquiry team. This temporary position requires a strong foundation in both internal and external auditing processes, along with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality and could lead to a permanent position for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage internal audits to ensure compliance with current standards.
Prepare for external audits by ensuring all relevant documents are accurate and accounted for.
Create detailed audit reports summarising findings, risks, and recommendations for management review.
Provide actionable recommendations for enhancing internal controls and improving processes.
Produce detailed pricing schedules and quotations for prospective projects.
Monitor and complete tender enquiries with precision.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practises in auditing.
What We're Looking For:
Experience with at least two of the following accreditations: FORS, ACHILLES, RISQS, ISO, CHAS.
Strong background in internal and external auditing.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of presenting findings clearly.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge and experience in producing pricing schedules and quotations.
A proactive problem-solver committed to maintaining high ethical standards.
Previous experience in the construction industry,

Pay: 26,000.00 - 30,000.00 per year
