Part Time Administrator


Think Office Recruitment is working in partnership with a growing manufacturing business based in Walsall.

My client is seeking a pro-active and organised administrator to support the purchasing and office operations. If you are looking for part time hours and enjoy working in fast paced support role, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that the hours required are: 10am 3pm Monday - Thursday and 9am - 1pm on Fridays. The successful candidate will also be happy to work in a dog friendly office.

Role Responsibilities will include: -

  • First point of contact for calls and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records and update supplier/pricing information
  • Support with general admin tasks such as filing, document handling and data entry
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth running of day-day administration function
  • Use tools such as MS Office, Quickbooks and Google Drive

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in admin, purchasing or procurement is preferred but not essential
  • Confident with data entry and standard office software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and office etiquette
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
