Are you passionate about supporting young people in education? Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with Bordesley MAT in Redditch , recruiting enthusiastic individuals for Cover Supervisor and Teaching Assistant roles across their First, Middle, and High Schools .

These roles are ideal for:

Graduates looking for school-based experience before teacher training
Experienced TAs or Cover Supervisors seeking flexible work
Individuals returning to education support roles

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising whole classes during short-term teacher absence
Supporting pupils with learning activities in and out of the classroom
Providing 1:1 or small group support where required
Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
