We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join a client-side propco, managing a portfolio of properties in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in facilities management or for a current FM looking to take the next step.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day management of the property portfolio
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services
Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Support budgeting and cost control activities
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver excellent service

Some experience in facilities management or a related field
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to issues promptly
