Key Responsibilities: * Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging, interactive lessons * Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help * Facilitate group activities and encourage a collaborative learning atmosphere * Monitor and record student progress, highlighting any concerns to the class teacher * Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment * Work closely with teachers and staff to implement effective learning strategies About You: We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, compassion, and a proactive attitude.
