Key Responsibilities: * Manage electrical projects from initial scope through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. * Lead and support teams of engineers and site personnel, maintaining high standards of performance and safety. * Oversee and review electrical designs, drawings, and technical documentation. * Conduct feasibility assessments and identify project risks and challenges. * Monitor budgets and timelines, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality or compliance. * Provide technical input and ensure all work adheres to relevant electrical regulations and standards. About You: * Level 3 City & Guilds Electrical Qualification or equivalent * Demonstrable experience managing electrical projects in Food & Beverage or similar. * Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and UK regulations. * Confident team leader with excellent communication and organisational skills. * Proactive and solutions-focused approach to project challenges. * Full UK driving licence is essential.
