Solutions Associate * Location: London E1 8EU (Hybrid) * Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 17:30pm * Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Gross per annum Exponential-e Want to be part of a leading British-owned tech company? Your new role We are seeking a proven technical enthusiast keen to pursue a career within Solutions. With the support of the team you will gain exposure to opportunities from the presales queries to design. Growing more confident to progress within the team through mentorship. * To engage with Sales Account Managers from the early stage of the opportunity cycle, leading all technical and service aspects of the opportunity * Design and develop innovative and competitive solutions, working individually or leading a wider virtual team for the qualified opportunity * Technically qualify opportunities commercially, creating or overseeing an accurate Bill of Materials for the proposed solution. * Expectations for the role in first 3 months is to become confident with run rates and changes whilst steadily accomplishing allocated challenges What you’ll need to succeed * A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (CCNA, CompTIA, etc.) * Basic understanding of VPLS, MPLS, IP Networking, Routing Protocols, BGP, VRRP, IGRP * Some knowledge of SASE and SD-WAN technology and solutions * Previous hands-on technical experience is desirable What we offer * Working at the forefront of technology you will gain hands on experience with SD-WAN technologies * Career progression opportunities into Solution Consultant roles * Hybrid home and office working * Range of employee initiatives on offer including the green team, employee forum, women’s network and culture club * Dedicated Learning and Development team and access to a range of training, courses and certification support * Comprehensive benefits including on-site cafe with free barista coffee, birthday leave, charity leave, vitality health cover and holiday purchase scheme to gain an extra 5 days leave!
