Head of Sustainability (Corporate)  Location: Remote with occasional travel to Birmingham/ Worcester Salary: £65,000 - £72,000 One of the largest housing associations in the Midlands is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Head of Sustainability to lead their environmental and sustainability strategies.  Within this role, you will be the driving force behind embedding sustainability across all operations, helping all stakeholders to achieve their best sustainability outcomes. Key responsibilities: Working to develop sustainable practices across operations  Oversee regulatory compliance, reporting and risk management related to environmental performance Build strong internal and external partnerships to support innovation in sustainable housing and construction Lead initiatives that support decarbonisation, biodiversity, resource efficiency and adaptation to climate riskWhat we’re looking for: Proven experience in delivering decarbonisation, climate resilience or ESG initiatives at a senior level Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a proven record of achieving targets  Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, regulations and funding opportunities Knowledge of sustainability within housing, construction or other related fields would be preferredBenefits: Up to 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays  Career progression and development opportunities Medicash membership  Generous Paternity, Maternity and Adoption leave Employee reward and recognition scheme Interested?
