Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Assistant Location: Trafford, Greater Manchester Hours: Flexible shifts between 8:00am - 6:00pm Pay: £13.68-16.11 P/Hour Are you a passionate and qualified Nursery Assistant looking for flexible work that fits around your schedule? We are currently recruiting experienced Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistants to join our team, supporting nurseries across the Trafford area. About the Role: As a Nursery Assistant, you will be called upon to cover staff absences, holidays, and busy periods. Your role will be to support the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with EYFS Support the children's development through planned and spontaneous play Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies Communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and parents Work collaboratively as part of a friendly and dedicated team Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) Previous experience working in an early years setting Good knowledge of the EYFS framework Flexible, reliable, and confident working in different nursery settings Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one) Why Join Us?
