Key Responsibilities: * Manage the Director's diary, prioritising time and ensuring thorough briefing for all engagements. * Attend team meetings, track actions, and ensure timely completion. * Compile daily files and approvals with accuracy and efficiency. * Handle Director's expenses and first-line approvals. * Provide strategic support by advising on priorities, deadlines, and supporting documentation. * Manage and triage emails and tasks, escalating urgent matters and ensuring follow-through. * Represent the business professionally in all communications-written, verbal, and face-to-face. * Organise team events, town halls, and away days in line with company policies. * Provide holiday cover for the wider team as needed. * Collaborate cross-functionally with other business support teams to ensure seamless operations. * Support the Director and Business Manager with ad hoc tasks as required. Essential Skills & Experience: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Agile and adaptable to shifting priorities and last-minute changes. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. Proactive mindset with a strategic outlook. Confident influencing and negotiating at all levels. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Resilient, enthusiastic, and results driven.
