Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the UK Sales Team, including Sales Managers and Engineers * Ensure accurate data entry and maintain data quality across sales processes * Assist in the preparation and development of proposals and bid documents * Support the creation of marketing and business development materials (e.g. case studies, CVs) * Coordinate submission of pre-qualification and tender documentation to meet strict deadlines Essential Skills * Previous experience in an administrative role within an office environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across disciplines, time zones, and cultures * High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities * Ability to manage workload independently and within a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Desirable Skills * Experience in a sales support or proposal development role * Familiarity with the UK Oil & Gas sector * Previous use of supply chain/compliance platforms for supplier registration * Multilingual abilities (not essential) What’s On Offer * Competitive salary * 10% employer pension contribution * Performance-related bonus scheme * Private Medical Insurance * Training and career development support * Flexible and hybrid working options
