Landscape Foreman Salary €50– €55k dependent on skills and experience + overtime, performance bonus Full time – Monday to Friday + overtime when required Dublin – driving licence essential– field based covering in and around Dublin area – no overnight stays required Immediate start available Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive salary of €50-55k depending on experience * Company Vehicle and Phone * Paid Holidays, Overtime, Bonuses, Pension Scheme * Bike to work scheme * Opportunities for training and career advancement Position Summary: Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and manage landscape installation and maintenance crews. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landscape construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality work is completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape crew members. * Interpret and implement landscape design plans and specifications. * Ensure work is completed to company and industry standards. * Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., diggers, dumpers, saws, power tools). * Train and mentor crew members to improve productivity and skill sets. * Monitor site safety and enforce proper use of PPE and safety procedures. * Manage time and materials to stay within project budgets and deadlines. * Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project managers. * Conduct site inspections and ensure cleanup and proper jobsite appearance upon completion. Requirements: * Minimum 3-5 years of hard landscaping experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of landscape construction, ground works, planting, hardscaping, and turf and artificial grass installs. * Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and blueprints. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. * Good communication skills both verbally and written Preferred Qualifications: * English Speaking essential. * Certifications in any of the above work tasks. * OSHA or other safety training certifications.
