HR & Accounts Administrator


About the Role:
Are you a people person and a numbers whiz
Were on the lookout for a superstar HR Accounts Administrator to join our clients team! If you love variety, thrive on organisation, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you!


HR Responsibilities:
Keep employee records up-to-date and confidential
Help with hiring from job ads to onboarding
Support payroll with accurate data
Organise training sessions and track progress
Make sure were ticking all the legal boxes
Be the friendly face for employee queries


Accounts Responsibilities:
Process invoices, purchase orders expenses
Reconcile bank statements and assist with reports
Keep financial records neat and tidy
Chat with suppliers and customers about payments
Help with VAT returns and filings
Track budgets and support financial reporting


What Youll Bring:
Experience in HR and/or accounts admin roles
Super organised with great attention to detail
Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel!)
Bonus points for knowing Sage, Xero or HR software
Great communication and people skills
