Role Overview:
As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will carry out a range of asbestos surveys while ensuring all work complies with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys on various property types

• Produce and deliver clear, accurate technical reports

• Ensure all tasks meet UKAS accreditation and follow HSG264 guidance

• Maintain strong relationships with clients through professional service

• Respond to client queries and provide technical support as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• BOHS P402 qualification

• Minimum 6 months of field experience

• Solid understanding of HSG264

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong communication skills

• Flexibility to travel and work occasional out-of-hours shifts
